Processing Times

Orders placed on our website are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer the following shipping options:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order and selected shipping method, prior to finalizing and paying for your order.

Delivery Times

Canada is a big place! Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.  Delays may occur during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer shipping outside of Canada and the USA. When shipping to the U.S.A., additional fees such as customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at info@copperpony.ca so we can assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
