Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and completely unused. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@copperpony.ca. You will need to repackage your items securely and confirm the weight and dimensions. We will purchase the shipping label for you.Â
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the cost of the return shipping and minus a 6% restocking fee.
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Special orders
- Items with logos or branding added
